To deliver your photos quickly and privately, Caleb Buford Creative uses SpotMyPhotos, a photo-delivery platform that uses facial recognition to match each participant to their own photos.
Here’s how it works and what you’re agreeing to:
- At check-in, we’ll take a quick reference photo of your participant on our device. SpotMyPhotos uses that image to find every photo they appear in from the session and route those photos to you.
- This is the only thing the data is used for. Facial recognition data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or AI training.
- Data is stored securely and retained no longer than necessary, and in no case longer than three years.
- You may request to review or delete this data at any time by contacting Caleb Buford Creative.
- Because photo matching is how we deliver your photos, this consent is required to participate in photo day. If you do not wish to consent, please do not register.
